SETUP & RULES:

After the setup, just add Messe Tile into the Drafting Bag (Tiles Supply). Messe Tile is a restricted tile. During the game, the player is eligible to move their cube onto the Messe Tile as soon as they have captured at least one themed tile (blue or orange or green).
